Mountain Collective Coaching is located in Northwest Montana.  We are shaped by our values, community, and deep connection to relationships and the environment. The peaks & valleys that surround us also define the choices available to us. Building awareness about choice enables us to choose the resources that lead to desired results for our clients.

We use these principles to partner with our clients to build momentum and access results.

What’s your purpose?

Our purpose is to coach leaders on building awareness around patterns and processes that limit growth. Opening their aperture enables them to make adjustments to thrive in relationships and roles.

About Us

We're rooted in the belief that everyone has what it takes to access their untapped potential.  Mindset and limiting beliefs can impact everything from relationships to careers, college readiness, business growth, and more.  These blocks can get in the way of achieving what you want and the choices available to you. Let's partner to build awareness around your limiting beliefs and raise your consciousness to turn

Insight into Action.

We'll begin with deep discovery work as a foundation for change.  Insight allows you to explore what you want with clarity & intention and allows you to create a roadmap to awaken your potential.  Let's build momentum and generate the action and accountability you want to drive results.

Adam founded Mountain Collective Coaching after a 20+ year career as a guide, coach and leader in the therapeutic field. He has worked as a coach with families and leaders, and teams since 2010.

Matt Holloway

College Consultant

Matt is a life-long learner whose passion is helping students find their “best fit” college experience.

Matt loved college, and he knows those four years can be the most rewarding time of personal growth, friendships, career-building, and fun. But so much of that depends on finding the right college. With so many great choices out there, where to begin? How to choose?

Matt’s success with students stems from his love of learning and teaching, his intrinsic passion for higher education, a lifetime spent as a writer, his innate positivity and inner peace cultivated through years of meditation, and his reputation for being a “teen-whisperer” (Matt skateboards, skis, and plays guitar—i.e. fifty-year-old teenager).

Matt builds friendly and trusting relationships with students and parents, allowing him to capitalize on each student’s strengths to make a strong and unique application.

Matt’s other true loves are his family, the mountains, grizzly bears, meditation, writing, guitar, skiing, and skateboarding.

Jeff Garretson
LCPC
Clinical Coach

Jeff Garretson joined the MCC team as a clinical coach based on his hip-ability to relate to young adults while empowering them to choose impactful change in their lives.  He's a rockstar (in a local band), skateboards, and occasionally can be found donning a mullet.  Jeff blends all this radness with an unmatched level of empathy and commitment to clients well-being and growth.

He brings years of experience coaching young adults and parents in  aligning values, igniting connection and establishing new family dynamics.

Jeff moved to Whitefish Montana in 2005 and thrives in the mountains, at the skatepark and kindling deep connection and relationships.  When you're ready to shift your energy and look on the brighter side, Jeff will be there waiting.
